AV <br /> do SECTION 01009 <br /> SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> aw <br /> 1 . 1 GENERAL <br /> .. A . Visits to the construction site may be made by representatives of permitting or <br /> governing bodies . Submit details of all instructions from the above to the ENGINEER <br /> immediately . The Work will not be accepted by the OWNER until final acceptance has <br /> been received from the various Regulatory Agencies having jurisdiction . <br /> B . Furnish sufficient labor, construction equipment and materials , and work such hours , <br /> including night shifts and overtime operations , as may be necessary to insure the <br /> prosecution of the work in accordance with the approved progress schedule . If, in the <br /> opinion of the ENGINEER , the CONTRACTOR falls behind the progress schedule , take <br /> such steps as may be necessary to improve progress , all without additional cost to the <br /> OWNER . The ENGINEER shall be compensated for his overtime services in <br /> accordance with the Supplementary Conditions , SC-6 . 02 . <br /> .. <br /> C . All salvageable material and equipment for which specific use , relocation or other <br /> disposal is not specifically noted , shall remain the property of the OWNER and shall be <br /> delivered to the OWNER at the following location : .4550 41St Street , at the <br /> CONTRACTOR' s expense . All material and equipment not in salvageable condition , as <br /> determined by the ENGINEER and the OWNER , shall be disposed of by the <br /> CONTRACTOR , at the CONTRACTOR' s expense . <br /> .. D . In addition to these Specifications all work must comply with the requirements of the <br /> local governing agency , St . Johns River Water Management District , Department of <br /> Environmental Protection , Corps of Engineers , Indian River Farms Water Control <br /> .r District , and all other applicable State or Federal agencies' specifications and permits . <br /> In the event of a conflict , the more stringent specification or requirement shall govern . <br /> E . Before performing any work outside the designated limits of the work site , secure any <br /> necessary permits and authorization from the applicable owner, or verify in writing that <br /> such has been previously obtained . Follow all requirements of any said permits or <br /> authorization . Give the ENGINEER and appropriate owner ten ( 10 ) days minimum <br /> notice before commencing construction operations outside the designated limits of the <br /> work site .
