COMMUNICATIONS All notices, Requests for Payment or reports required or allowed to be given by this Contract shall be by first-class mail (postage prepaid), facsimile (with telephone call required to confirm that fax has been received), or overnight mail delivery by a nationally known courier and addressed using the contact information provided in this Contract. All notices, reports and Requests for Payment may be sent by e-mail, but Final Financial and Programmatic Reports must be provided in hard copy as well . Each party agrees to notify the other within ten ( 10) days after any change in named representative, address, telephone, or other contact information.
