The OWNER will be given thirty (30) days notice prior to <br /> cancellation or modification of any stipulated insurance . Should the CONTRACTOR at any time, neglect or refuse to provide the insurance <br /> " required herein , or should such insurance be canceled or should the full annual <br /> aggregate amount of any policy not be available to satisfy the requirements of the <br /> Contract, the OWNER shall have the right, but not the obligation , to procure such <br /> + insurance for the CONTRACTOR and the cost thereof shall be deducted from the <br /> monies then due or thereafter to become due to the CONTRACTOR or to declare <br /> CONTRACTOR in default under the Contract. <br /> r <br /> SC-5.05 OWNER' s Liability Insurance <br /> SC-5. 05 Delete paragraph GC-5. 05.A in its entirety. <br /> SC-5.06 Property Insurance <br /> + SC-5.06 Delete paragraphs GC-5. 06.
