Tanner, Jr. <br /> 2300 Avocado Ave. <br /> Melbourne, FL 32935 <br /> 321 -259-8099 <br /> NOTICE OF AWARD <br /> r Reference: Indian River County Bid # 2007027 Indian River Drive South Sidewalk Improvements <br /> Dear Mr. Tanner, <br /> r <br /> I am pleased to inform you that on January 9, 2007 , the Board of County Commissioners awarded the above <br /> referenced project to your company. The following documents are required before the applicable County <br /> r department can issue a "Notice to Proceed" letter. <br /> 1 . Performance Bond in the amount of 125 % of the contract amount. ($579,326.74) <br /> 2. Payment Bond in the amount of 100 % of the contract amount. ($463 ,461 .39) <br /> r 3 . Certificate of Insurance. must name Indian River County as an additional insured and must provide for <br /> a 30 day Notice of Cancellation. <br /> r <br /> In accordance with section 255 .05 ( 1 )(a), Florida Statutes, you are required to execute a Performance Bond and <br /> a Payment Bond for the above referenced project. Please submit the Bonds and the Certificate of Insurance to <br /> r this office at the address provided below no later than (January 24, 2007). Failure to comply with the <br /> established deadline for submittal of required documents may be grounds for cancellation of the award. <br /> In addition, enclosed are two copies of the Agreement.
