A hard copy of the Statement should also be provided the pre-construction <br />.. conference. The Statement must only include companies certified as a DBE . The Statement can and should <br /> be updated when additions or deletions are made through the life of the contract. This will not become a <br /> mandatory part of the contract. <br /> + When reporting anticipated DBE utilization or actual payments, the following guidelines prescribed in <br /> the 49 C . F. R.
