SITE COORDINATION <br /> The Hauler will meet with a responsible representative of <br /> each site to establish container locations and logistics for <br /> effecting the collection operations and maximizing participation . <br /> 5 . DELIVERY TO LANDFILL <br /> When delivered to the county landfill , materials must be <br /> pre - sorted and placed in recyclables receiving areas according to <br /> the following categories : newspaper ; No , 1 <br /> 2 plastic bottles ; metal cans ; office papers corrugatedtles ; No . <br /> cardboard , <br /> 6 . COLLECTION REPORTING <br /> Hauler will provide SWDD with written collection reports <br /> quarterly , identifying locations , collection dates and materials <br /> ? . MARKETING MATERIALS <br /> Hauler may bring the recyclablesto the SWDD landfill for <br /> recycling or market any or all of them . If the hauler chooses to <br /> market the materials , he will provide SWDD with all related data <br /> date , material , market and tonnages - per event . A tonnage <br /> estimate will be accepted providing the Hauler brings one load of <br /> each Hauler -marketed material per month over the SWDD scales for <br /> a true weight . <br /> 8 . EDUCATION <br /> Hauler will work with the SWDD to ensure each location is <br /> provided adequate information and training <br /> use , including posteto maximize service <br /> rs , to and meetings with staff , <br /> teachers , students , etce as required , <br /> 9 . ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> The hauler will be responsible for ajusting the collection <br /> schedule to ensure that recyclables are not overflowing <br /> containers • Where collection adjustment warrants a rate <br /> increase , hauler must forward a re <br /> SWDD approval . The hauler will provide aestlth scheduleficofaanyncossts <br /> which would . be incurred in the event a listed recycling location <br /> requires additional services , increased collection fre <br /> additional containers or if an additional location were <br /> requested . No chargeable services will be added unless en <br /> approved by the SWDD , <br /> and until <br /> 10 . INSURANCE <br /> Hauler will provide proof of insurance covering employees , <br />
