Homer Fletcher aPPeared before the Board and submitted a map ` I showing the agricultural lands in Indian River County, and upon Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously carried, the following Resolution was adopted: RESOLUTION WHEREAS, on the 6th day of October, 1959, this Board, under Chapter 59.226, Laws of Florida, adopted a Resolution for the purpose of zoning all lands in Indian River County, Florida, used exclusively for agricultural purposes within the meaning of said Chapter; WHEREAS, this Board is desirous of supplementing said Resolution for the purpose of clearly delineating the boundaries of said areas; Now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the areas zoned by the Resolution of this Board under date of October 6, 1959, be and the same are hereby delineated by that certain map or chart attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A"; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Tax Assessor of Indian River County, Florida, be notified by delivery of a certified copy hereof of the things and matters touched upon herein. BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 59-226, the Tax Assessor filed with the Board a list of lands zoned as agricultural lands for tax purposes in accordance with this law and previous resolution adopted by the Board. Upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, the Attorney was requested to advertise a public hearing for February 16th regarding the agricultural lands.
