SD=04-04- 15-CFC (2003110238 =41312 <br /> guaranteeing the completion of certain required improvements on or before <br /> October 5 , 2005 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , - Developer wishes to extend the date in which to complete <br /> those required improvements to March 5 , 2006 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL. <br /> COVENANTS AND PROMISES HEREIN CONTAINED , the parties agree as <br /> follows : <br /> 1 . The date for completion of the required improvements as outlined <br /> in the Contract for Construction of Required Improvements No . SD-04-04 - 15- <br /> CFC (2003110238-41312 is extended to March 5 , 2006 . <br /> 2 . The existing First National Bank and Trust Company of the <br /> Treasure Coast Irrevocable Letter of Credit No . 2004-20 in the amount of <br /> $ 582 , 375 . 02 has been amended to extend the expiration date to three months <br /> beyond the extended completion date (June 5 , 2006 ) . <br /> 3 . All other terms set out in the Contract for Construction of Required <br /> Improvements No .
