Relocate all fence and irrigation equipment located in the 30' of right-of-way being acquired along the <br />southern boundary of parcel I.D. #32-38-36-000004000-00003.0. This shall be completed at no cost to <br />the parcel owner. <br />2. Grant of Easement: All existing wells, pump houses and irrigation systems found to be located within <br />the 40' easement along the western boundary of property owned by Robert H .Cook Jr. and being <br />granted to Indian River County shall remain and the installation of drainage system is to be designed <br />to that all such structures and systems remain as is. <br />3. The property owner shall be allowed to use the drainage ditch located on the property to service <br />additional drainage needs, if any for their property. <br />4. Indian River County stipulates that if the adjacent property owner, Stephen Bailey, negotiate a price <br />greater than the $70,000 per acre agreed upon by Mr. Cook that Mr. Cook would be receive additional <br />payment equal to the amount that was received by the adjacent property, Stephen Bailey, owner. <br />Robert H.
