5. Choice of Law. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced pursuant to the <br />laws of the State of Florida. <br />6. }3indinaConditions. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall run with <br />the Corrigan Lands, and shall be binding on Corrigan, their affiliates, successors, or assigns, and <br />future owners of all or any portion of the Corrigan Iands in perpetuity. This Agreement maybe <br />recorded in the public records by either party, <br />7. Miscellaneous. Corrigan represents and warrants that (i) sufficient consideration <br />has been given for this Agreement; (ii) no promise or inducement not expressed herein has been <br />made, (iii) this Agreement is executed without reliance upon any statement or representation of <br />any party released hereunder or anyone acting on its or their behalf not expressed herein, (iv) <br />Corrigan has had sufficient opportunity to review this Agreement and has actually consulted with <br />counsel of its choosing with respect hereto; and (v) this Agreement is freely given and received, <br />is duly authorized and each party accepts full responsibility therefor. <br />IN WITNESS VYMREOF, the parties have caused this Agreement to be duly executed <br />and delivered as of the day and year fist above written. <br />Signed, sealed, and delivered <br />In our presence as witnesses: <br />Print name: <br />Print name: <br />J.
