JOHNS RIVER WATER <br /> MANAGEMENT DISTRICT, a public body existing under Chapter 373 , Florida Statutes, <br /> whose post office address is Post Office Box 1429, Palatka, Florida 32178- 1429 ("the <br /> District') and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, <br /> whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 ("the County") <br /> (collectively referred to as "the Parties"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, the District is the owner of an undivided 76. 71 percent interest and the <br /> County is the owner of an undivided 23 .29 percent interest in the following described <br /> property, located in Indian River County, Florida: <br /> SEE EXHIBIT " A" ATTACHED HERETO <br /> AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the Parties wish to ensure that neither party takes any action with <br /> regard to the alienation of its interest in the Property, in whole or in part, or placement of <br /> any encumbrance on the Property, without the consent of the other party. <br /> NOW.
