Box 2828 <br />Orlando, Florida 32802-2828 <br />MUTUAL DEED RESTRICTION <br />THIS MUTUAL DEED RESTRICTION, made and executed the day of <br />2008 by and between ST. JOHNS RIVER WATER <br />MANAGEMENT DISTRICT, a public body existing under Chapter 373, Florida Statutes, <br />whose post office address is Post Office Box 1429, Palatka, Florida 32178-1429 ("the <br />District') and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, <br />whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 ("the County") <br />(collectively referred to as "the Parties"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the District is the owner of an undivided 76.71 percent interest and the <br />County is the owner of an undivided 23.29 percent interest in the following described <br />property, located in Indian River County, Florida: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO <br />AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parties wish to ensure that neither party takes any action with <br />regard to the alienation of its interest in the Property, in whole or in part, or placement of <br />any encumbrance on the Property, without the consent of the other party. <br />NOW. THEREFORE, in consideration of the aforesaid premises, which are hereby <br />made a part hereof. and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, <br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br />Exhibit F <br />
