Con ract #SI341AA <br /> The City shall be responsible for the following : <br /> • Obtaining project final design , construction plans and specifications <br /> • Obtaining all required permits , including right of access to the project site, re ated to project <br /> construction and subsequent operation of the facility <br /> • Supervision and inspection of construction <br /> • Construction contract administration <br /> • Certification of construction completion by a Professional Engineer registered in the State of <br /> Florida <br /> V. TIMEFRAMES AND DELIVERABLES <br /> Project deliverable shall be the construction of the facility described in Exhibit B (attached) , which <br /> includes : <br /> • Construction including necessary improvements to the approximately 62 acre of mangrove <br /> habitat and mosquito impoundment system and 10,600 linear feet of 156-inch ripe . Recipient <br /> must have all necessary permits before project construction begins . <br /> • The County will demonstrate that up to 2 . 25 mgd of RO concentrate is being handled through the <br /> mangrove habitat and mosquito impoundment system. <br /> • Controls , meters , pumps and appurtenances will be installed to effectively operate the new <br /> system. <br /> VI . BUDGET/COST SCHEDULE <br /> The District shall reimburse the Recipient for 50% of the project ' s cost, up to a maximum not-to-exceed <br /> amount of $50,000 . Payment shall be due upon satisfactory completion of project, as certified by the <br /> District, and upon submission of an invoice and proof of payment made by Recipient of project costs . <br /> The project shall be considered satisfactorily completed, by the District ' s Project Manager, when a <br /> sufficient number of project components as detailed in Exhibit A have been constructed ar. d the project is <br /> capable of providing alternative water supplies as generally described in the Alternative Water Supply <br /> Construction Cost-Share Program application submitted to the District, Exhibit B . In the event <br /> modifications to the project are required , the Recipient shall notify the District ' s Proje t Manager, in <br /> writing, of all modifications , prior to initiating changes . The District ' s Project Manager shall not <br /> withhold approval of the modifications , providing the modified project provides an equal or greater <br /> amount of alternative water supply . In the event modifications results in lowering the alternative water <br /> supply benefits , the reimbursement amount of $ 50,000 shall be adjusted accordingly . <br /> Page 7 of 8 <br />
