WiLLIAMS <br />The County Engineer stated that he could get the r -i -ht o way reciu:.i :ed <br />from the Primitive Baptist Church on Old Dixie ,gnway and also on 12th :jtreet <br />if the County would furnish them with a curbing on the 12th St-reet side and <br />furnish fill for the rear yard of the church. The "Board stated this was <br />agreeable, to go ahead and settle, <br />The Engineer also said that Scarborough on 12th Street would give the <br />required right of way for $150.00 <br />ahead and settle for this amount. <br />The Board authorized the engineer to �,o <br />The Board requested the County Engineer place no camping signs in <br />the.Picniking area at Blue Cypress Lake. <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and carried, the Board authorized the following be added to <br />the Subdivision Regulations: <br />Section X, Item 4, Paragraph ''B": Seeding of swales shall be <br />thirty pounds of Bermuda seed per acre and two hundred pounds <br />of fertilizer per acre. Any other alternates to the above <br />shall be subject to approval. <br />The County Engineer showed the Board a proposed plat of Heritage <br />Estates Subdivision, and said plat was tentatively approved exclusive of <br />a park area, and permission was granted not to open the South 120 feet of <br />22nd Ave., with the stipulation they post a bond for the completion of <br />this street. <br />
