• FM No : 4096964 -54-01 <br /> Vendor No : VF 59&000"673_026 () Q 1 <br /> STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> AND <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> COUNTY INCENTIVE GRANT PROGRAM AGREEMENT <br /> AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE <br /> THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this Jday of ,2004, by and between <br /> the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, an agency of the State of <br /> Florida, hereinafter called the DEPARTMENT, and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, 1840 25th Street, Vero <br /> Beach, Florida 32960, hereinafter called the COUNTY. <br /> WHEREAS , on June 17, 2002, the parties entered into a County Incentive Grant Program <br /> Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the AGREEMENT, wherein the COUNTY agreed to provide <br /> certain improvements in connection with Widening & Resurfacing of CR- 512/Fellsmere Road from I- 95 <br /> to Roseland Road, hereinafter referred to as Project # 409696- 1 -54-01 , and, <br /> WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the AGREEMENT ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties hereto mutually agree that this Amendment is in their best interest; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises and representations <br /> herein, the parties agree to amend that certain County Incentive Grant Program Agreement dated June 17, <br /> 2002, as follows : <br /> 1 . The recitals set forth above are true and correct and are deemed incorporated herein. <br /> 2 . Paragraph lF, on page 2 of 9, of the AGREEMENT is amended as follows : <br /> F .
