Ll <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> AMENDMENT NO . 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR ANNUAL <br /> LAND SURVEYING AND MAPPING/GIS SERVICES CONTRACT BETWEEN CREECH <br /> ENGINEERING , INC . AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> This is an amendment to the existing Professional Services Agreement for Annual Land Surveying and <br /> Mapping/GIS Services (AGREEMENT) dated November 6 , 2007 between Creech Engineering , Inc . <br /> ( SURVEYOR) and Indian River County ( COUNTY) . <br /> WHEREAS , the existing AGREEMENT between SURVEYOR and COUNTY provides for <br /> Work Orders to be issued for services, this AMENDMENT NO . 1 modifies that requirement so that a <br /> Purchase Order will be issued by the COUNTY and approved through the MUNIS system , for proposed <br /> services that total less than $ 15 , 000 . 00 . For proposed services $ 15 , 000 . 00 and over, Work Orders shall be <br /> issued and approved by the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners . <br /> This AMENDMENT NO . 1 , regardless of where executed , shall be governed by and construed <br /> according to the laws of the State of Florida. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed these presents this <br /> 7th day of.
