M. Tuesday, June 7, 1960, and at said time publicly open the same at the meeting of said Board to be held in the County Commissioners' Room, Indian River County Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, for the sale by the County of eleven (11) houses and buildings located on the right of way of the i new alignment of U. S. Highway No. 1 known as follows: SRD No. 24 — Walter M. Jackson SRD No. 53 — Eddie McGriff SRD No. 147 — George P. Weller SRD No. 164 — Gerhard Hans Facklam SRD No. 172 — Marguerite H. Boutwell SRD No. 191 — Jeannette Van Houtte SRD No. 195 — Retha Mae Rodgers SRD No. 201 — Elmer B. Benson (store building only) SRD No. 181-R — Lillie Irwin SRD No. 187 — Leslie E. Goodrich SRD No. 192 — Guy Thomp- son The above houses and buildings must be salvaged or moved intact, as the successful bidder may de- sire, from the right of way within 30 days from acceptance of the bid. The County reserves the right to reject any and all or to award the bids separately or as a whole so the bids should be in that form. All bids shall be in a sealed envelope, marked on the outside, "Bid for houses," and shall be ac- companied by a good faith deposit of ten percent of the total amount of the bid.
