The Chairman read the foregoing Notice and bids were opened as follows: Edgar Brooks - Bids $500.00 on SRD #31 Erma Kemp - Bids $1500.00 on SRD #31 Arkell Clark - Bids $20.00 on SRD #31 F. G. Fletcher - Bid $200.00 on SRD 48 for salvage only James Scott - Bid $110.00 on SRD 61 F. G. Fletcher - Bid $50.00 on SRD #154 salvage only Russell G. Cappelen - Bid $625.00 on SRD #154 for salvage only Aubrey Waddell - Bid $125.00 on SRD #164 for salvage only F. G. Fletcher - Bid $60.00 on SRD 193 for salvage only Clyde Hurst - Bid $76.00 on SRD 193 for salvage only Wilbur Bass - Bid $110.00 on SRD 193 for salvage only Upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously carried, it was moved that on the items on which there was only one bid, that they be accepted. They are as follows: SRD #48 to F. G. Fletcher for $200.00; SRD #61 to James Scott for $110.00; SRD #164 to Aubrey Waddell for $125.00. Upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously carried, the following bids were accepted: SRD #31 to Erma Kemp for $1500.00; SRD #154 to Russell G. Cappelen for $625.00; SRD #193 to Wilbur Bass for $110.00. Further upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and carried, the County Engineer was authorized to destroy and remove houses on SRD #10 and 24. Mrs. Lillian Helsel was present and stated she would like to buy SRD #64 and would bid $25.00 for same. Upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell seconded by Commissioner McCullers and carried, the bid of $25.00 by Mrs. Helsel for SRD #64 was accepted to be removed from the property. Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Mc - Cullers and unanimously carried, that the County Engineer be instructed to remove the houses on SRD 24, SRD 35, and SRD 201.
