April 3 , 1990 <br /> E . Identify and obtain appropriate funding resources available <br /> to this Corporation . <br /> F . Support law enforcement and judicial activities relevant to <br /> substance abuse , including prevention and rehabilitation . <br /> G . Support effective community prevention , treatment and <br /> after- care relevant to substance abuse . <br /> 3 . 2 No substantial part of the activities of the , Corporation shall <br /> consist of the carrying on of propaganda , or otherwise attempting to <br /> influence legislation within the meaning of Section 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) of the <br /> Internal Revenue Code , nor shall the Corporation participate in or <br /> intervene in any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public <br /> off ice . <br /> 3 . 3 This Corporation is not organized for the pecuniary profit of <br /> its directors , officers. or members ; nor may it issue stock nor declare nor <br /> distribute dividends , and no part of its net income shall inurto the <br /> benefit of any such persons ; and any balance of money or assests remain - <br /> ing after full payment of corporate obligations of all and any kind shall be <br /> devoted soley to the charitable , educational and benevolent purposes of <br /> the Corporation . <br /> ARTICLE IV <br /> 4. 1 This Corporation shall be governed by and operated in accord = <br /> ance with the provisions of its by - laws , existing law and these Articles . <br /> 4. 2 This Corporation shall have all the powers granted by Section <br /> 517 . 021 F . S . and at common law which are not in conflict with these <br /> Articles , including , but not limited to , the power to : <br /> a . Defend itself , its directors , officials or agents , 4kn its <br /> corporate name . <br /> b . Levy membership dues and charges . <br /> c . Engage legal counsel . <br /> d .
