Support law enforcement and judicial activities relevant to substance abuse , including prevention and rehabilitation . G . Support effective community prevention , treatment and after- care relevant to substance abuse . 3 . 2 No substantial part of the activities of the , Corporation shall consist of the carrying on of propaganda , or otherwise attempting to influence legislation within the meaning of Section 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) of the Internal Revenue Code , nor shall the Corporation participate in or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public off ice . 3 . 3 This Corporation is not organized for the pecuniary profit of its directors , officers. or members ; nor may it issue stock nor declare nor distribute dividends , and no part of its net income shall inurto the benefit of any such persons ; and any balance of money or assests remain - ing after full payment of corporate obligations of all and any kind shall be devoted soley to the charitable , educational and benevolent purposes of the Corporation . ARTICLE IV 4. 1 This Corporation shall be governed by and operated in accord = ance with the provisions of its by - laws , existing law and these Articles . 4. 2 This Corporation shall have all the powers granted by Section 517 . 021 F . S . and at common law which are not in conflict with these Articles , including , but not limited to , the power to : a . Defend itself , its directors , officials or agents , 4kn its corporate name . b . Levy membership dues and charges . c . Engage legal counsel . d .
