Revised August, 2002 dispose of all such property in furtherance of the objectives and purposes of this Corporation ; 1 . 2-5 . To do and perform any and all acts or services that may be incidental or necessary to cavy out the above purposes ; and 1 . 2-6 . To engage in any lawful act or activity for which a not for profit corporation may be organized under the laws of Florida , subject to the limitations set forth in Section 1 .2 of this Article I . Section 1 .3 — Powers . Except as limited by the Articles of Incorporation or these Bylaws , the Corporation shall have and exercise such powers in furtherance of its purposes as are now or may hereafter be granted by the Florida Not For Profit Corporation Act. ARTICLE II CORPORATE PROPERTY AND OFFICES Section 1 .2 — Property. All property received by the Council , whether by gift, bequest, devise or otherwise, shall be used exclusively to promote, cavy on and further the activities , objectives and purposes set forth in these Bylaws. Section 2 .2 — Offices . The Corporation shall have and continually maintain in the State a registered office and registered agent (whose office shall be identical with such registered office) and may have such other offices within or outside of the State as the Board may from time to time determine . ARTICLE Ili MEMBERSHIP Section 3 . 1 — Categories and Identification . There shall be two (2) categories of membership: Voting Members and Nonvoting Members. 3 . 1 - 1 Voting Members . The Voting Membership of the Corporation shall consist of all duly elected members of the Board of the Corporation . 3 . 1 -2 Nonvoting Members . The Nonvoting Members of the Corporation shall be a member for the calendar year in which those Members have made a financial contribution to the Corporation or any affiliate organization . 3 . 1 -3 Honorary Members .
