SECTION 01720 - PROJECT RECORD DOCUMENTS <br /> PARTI - GENERAL <br /> 1 . 01 RELATED DOCUMENTS : <br /> The General Conditions of the Contract, including the General Requirements of Sections <br /> 01100 through 01820 shall be considered a part of this section. <br /> 1 .02 DESCRIPTION : <br /> A. Work Included: <br /> 1 . Maintain at the site for the Owner one record copy of. <br /> a. Drawings <br /> b . Specifications <br /> C , Addenda Issued by the Architect and Owner <br /> d. Change Orders and other modifications to the Contract <br /> e . Architect' s field orders or written instructions <br /> f. Approved Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples <br /> g . Field test records and reports <br /> B . Related Requirements : <br /> 1 . Section 01300 : Submittals <br /> 1 .03 MAINTENANCE OF DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES : <br /> A. Store documents and samples in field office apart from documents used for <br /> construction. <br /> B . File documents in a clean, dry, legible condition and in good order. Do not use <br /> record documents for construction purposes . <br /> C . Make documents and samples available at all times for inspection by Architect. <br /> 1 .04 RECORDING: <br /> A. Label each document "Project Record" in neat large printed letters . <br /> B . Provide one set of as-built mark-up plans to the Architect for electronic recording <br /> of the final built project.
