<br />the Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the 2nd
<br />day of August, 1960, for the purpose of hearing -requests and cora; lairlts
<br />from the public regarding a proposed budget showinE, anticipated receipts
<br />and proposed expenditures oa: this Board for the fiscal year co<<imenc _,,L,
<br />on the 1st day of October, 1960, and ending on tac 30ti du o ,c_ Let:ber;
<br />1961, as will appear by proof of publication of said notice recorded. in
<br />the minutes of this meeting; and,
<br />trHEI'EAS, pursuant to said notice, t i s I:,curd did convene, conduct
<br />its public hearing and has heard all who desired to .`„ heard on the matter;
<br />Now, therefore,

<br />to reconvene at the hour of 9:00 o'clock A„, o;i t -e ljth day of August,

<br />The County Attorney read the recommendations oa- the Planning & Zoning
<br />Board that a puulic hearing be held before this -loard on the following:
<br />1. That the Zonin , Map i3e changed in order ti:at the following de-
<br />scribed property, situated in Indian River County, Mor; -da, to -wit:
<br />The Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter aid the
<br />North half of the Northwest quarter of the 1111ortheast
<br />quarter of Section 4, Township 32 South, ,ant;e 39 East;
<br />and the South 220 feet of that part of Gove•rn.ticiLt Lot 4,
<br />Section 34, Township 31 South, Range 3� Last, as described
<br />in Deed Book 89, page 390, Indian River County records;
<br />be changed from R-1, Single Family District, from it -1, Industrial District
<br />and R-3, Transient District to M -1-A, Restricted Industrial District.
<br />2. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following des -
<br />bribed property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
