RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith find and deter - 11 mine as follows: 1. That Orchid island Development Company, a Florida corporation, on the 21st day of June, 1960, at a meeting of said Board, has filed.a Petition before this Board, requesting this Board to adopt a resolution closing, vacating and abolishing that part of the public road, street, and right of way lying between the Indian River and Lot 204 of the plat of Orchid Island, Unit No. 1, as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 3, Indian River County public records. 2. That this Board has published two weeks notice thereof one time in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general circula published in Indian River County, Florida, said notice being published at least two weeks prior to the date stated therein for such public hearing. 3. That said part of the public road, street and right of way above described is not a State or Federal road and is not maintained by the State of Florida and is not located within the incorporated limits of any municipality and is located in Indian River County, Florida. 4. That a public hearing thereon has been held by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, in the offices of said Board in the Indian River County Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, on July 19, 1960, at 10:00 o'clock A. M.
