That the Tax Assessor be instructed to re-evaluate the three houses built by Custom Built .domes, Inc. in Waburna Village Subdivision at 75% assessment instead of 100%. Commissioner Mac- donald seconded the Motion, which was unanimously carried. Mr. Eddie Helseth was recognized by the chair and stated he thought the assessed value on a piece of rental property he owns was too high. After some discussion in the matter Commissioner Macdonald made a Motion that since there was no inequity in the assessed value that the value remain as assessed. Said motion was seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and un- animously carried.
