WHEREAS, the said Board of County Commissioners, convened <br />as a board of equalization, did continue in session from time to time until th <br />meeting; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has received <br />such complaints and such testimony offered, if any, and has examined and <br />reviewed said assessment roll and has found it unnecessary to increase the <br />valuation of any property shown thereon and has found such assessment roll <br />to be correct; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, does herewith find the tax assessment roll of <br />said County as presented for the year 1960 to be equal and just and does here- <br />with approve, ratify and confirm the same. <br />�,pon notion made seconded and carried, the -oard then adjourned <br />sitti_n`; as a ',oard of Equalization then reconvened � . <br />regular session. <br />The Eoard then considered the County P.ud-et and budget estimates as <br />prepared by the Board at its meeting of July 5, 1':60, and as duly adver- <br />tised as provided by law in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of <br />general circulation published in this County and published in the issue of <br />said newspaper July 21, 1960. <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Hamilton and carried, that the Clerk revise the millage figures upon the <br />assessment roll as above adopted, and further adding a one-half mill to <br />the Capital Outlay Fund, and further revising the budget as heretofore <br />set forth in the minutes of the meeting of August 2nd, the following <br />Resolution was adopted: - <br />
