MODIFICATION TO GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS AND <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> MODIFICATION NUMBER # 1 <br /> This Modification is made and entered into by and between th tate of Florida , <br /> Department of Community Affairs , ("the Department") , and Indian er County , (" Recipient" ) , <br /> to modify DCA Contract Number 03DB =1A= 10 =40 =01 = H12 , dated Onuary 29 2003 , ("the <br /> Agreement") . <br /> WHEREAS , the Department and /ient hav entered into the Agreement , <br /> pursuant to which the Department provido Re ipient under the Small Cities <br /> Community Development Block Grant (" gr of $ 750, 000 . 00 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the Department and t desire to modify the Agreement by <br /> modifying the work plan to bring the projdule and coincide with the end date ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , in considermutual promises of the parties contained <br /> herein , the parties agree as follows : <br /> 1 . The revised Project Work Plafi is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> 2 . All provisions of the Agrer/ment being modified and any attachments thereto in conflict <br /> with the modification shll be and are hereby changed to conform with this Modification , <br /> effective as of the dato of the last execution of this Modification by both parties . <br /> 3 .
