<br />any discount, rebate, commission or refund for the purpose of securing this advertisement for
<br />publication in the said newspaper.

<br />NOTICE
<br />Notice is hereby given that at 10
<br />A. M. on June 7, 1960, in the office
<br />of the Board of County . Commis-
<br />sioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, said Board adopted a reso-
<br />lution vacating, annulling and mak-
<br />ing void and for naught the plat
<br />of Las Palmas filed in the office
<br />of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, and
<br />recorded in Plat Book 1, page 27,
<br />and replat of Las Palmas filed in
<br />the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
<br />I Court of Indian River County, Flor-
<br />(ida, and recorded in Plat Book 2,'
<br />page 31, and all expressed and im-
<br />plied dedications thereon and re -
<br />suiting therefrom and renouncing
<br />and disclaiming any right of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, and of the
<br />public in and to all land delineated
<br />as a road, lane, drive or street on
<br />said plats, except, however, the
<br />Iright of ways for the streets desig-
<br />nated as 16th Street and 14th
<br />;Street on Plat recorded in Plat
<br />Book 1, page 27, and right of ways
<br />for streets known as 17th Street and
<br />18th Street on Plat recorded in
<br />Plat Book 2, page 81, as being in
<br />fact the same streets. The right of
<br />way for the Northerly most street
<br />being 35 feet, and the right of way
<br />for the Southerly most street being
<br />50 feet, all from property subdi-
<br />vided according to the two above
<br />plats.
