AMENDMENT NO . 1 TO WORK AUTHORIZATION DIRECTIVE NO , 2007 -006 et <br /> AND CONTRACT EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br /> This Amendment No . 1 to Work Authorization Directive 2007-006 and Contract <br /> Extension Agreement ( "Amendment" ) is entered into this 7th day of April , 2009 , nunc pro tune <br /> to March 17 , 2009 , pursuant to that certain Standard Form Agreement Between Owner and <br /> Contractor on the Basis of a Stipulated Price entered into as of February 6 , 2007 <br /> ( "Amendment" ) by and between Indian River County , a political subdivision of the State of <br /> Florida ( " County" ) and Underground Utilities , Inc . ( " Contractor" ) . <br /> 1 . The COUNTY has selected the Contractor to perform work as set forth in Work <br /> Authorization Directive 2007 -006 dated as of June 19 , 2007 . <br /> 2 . The COUNTY and the Contractor desire to amend Work Authorization Directive <br /> 2007 - 006 as set forth in Exhibit 1 attached to this Amendment and made a part hereof by this <br /> reference , all in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement . <br /> 3 , The County and the Contractor agree to amend article 3 of the Agreement to extend <br /> the term of the Agreement to May 15 , 2009 .
