Typical Section Maps for the connecting roads between Old St. Rd. <br />5 and new State Road 5 were received, and it was noted that the widths <br />on all these roads were too wide. Upon Motion made by Commissioner Mc - <br />Cullers, 'seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, the <br />Board requested the County Engineer write the State Road Department requesting <br />the widths of the roads be changed as follows: <br />Hobart Road and North Winter Beach Road to be 70 feet in width. <br />South Gifford Road, North Gifford Road, South Winter Beach Road and <br />Cemetery Road to be 50 feet in width and with a 10 foot offset on <br />the South Winter Beach Road. <br />The Deputy Clerk read the recommendations of the Zoning Board recommend- <br />ing the following changes and additions to the zoning resolution: <br />That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described <br />property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Tract 10, less the West 26� acres and less the <br />North 660 feet; Tract 9, less'the North 660 feet; <br />Tract 15, less the West 26� acres; and all of <br />Tract 16; all in Section 4, Township 33 South, <br />Range 38 East, according to the last general plat <br />of lands of the Indian River Farms Company; <br />'be changed from F-1, Agricultural District, to R-1, Single Family District. <br />'Upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton <br />and carried, the Board ordered public hearing on the above before this <br />Board be set for October 18th. <br />The following recommendations were set for a public hearing before <br />the Zoning Board upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hamilton and carried <br />1 • That the E zoning Map be changed in order that the follovit ng <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit. <br />The 'South one -half of the West 16.01 acres of the <br />East 16.01 acres of Tract 2, ,action 9, Township <br />33 youth, Range 39 Last, according to the last <br />general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms <br />Company; <br />be changed from F-1, Agricultural District, to R-1, Angie Family District. <br />2.
