Typical Section Maps for the connecting roads between Old St. Rd. 5 and new State Road 5 were received, and it was noted that the widths on all these roads were too wide. Upon Motion made by Commissioner Mc - Cullers, 'seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, the Board requested the County Engineer write the State Road Department requesting the widths of the roads be changed as follows: Hobart Road and North Winter Beach Road to be 70 feet in width. South Gifford Road, North Gifford Road, South Winter Beach Road and Cemetery Road to be 50 feet in width and with a 10 foot offset on the South Winter Beach Road. The Deputy Clerk read the recommendations of the Zoning Board recommend- ing the following changes and additions to the zoning resolution: That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: Tract 10, less the West 26� acres and less the North 660 feet; Tract 9, less'the North 660 feet; Tract 15, less the West 26� acres; and all of Tract 16; all in Section 4, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, according to the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company; 'be changed from F-1, Agricultural District, to R-1, Single Family District. 'Upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and carried, the Board ordered public hearing on the above before this Board be set for October 18th.
