That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 and 1 t, Block A, and Lots 1 through <br />21, inclusive, Block 1, Summer Place, according to Plat <br />thereof; <br />be changed from C-1, Commercial District, and from R-1, Single Family <br />District, to C-1 A, Restricted Commercial District. <br />8. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block A, and Lots 22 through 32., <br />inclusive, Block 1, Summer Place, according to plat <br />thereof; <br />be changed ,from C- 1, Commercial District, and from R-1 , Single Family <br />District, to R -2 A, 1V1 ultiple Family District. <br />9. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block B, Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block <br />A, Lots 5 and 6, Block C, Summer Place, according to <br />plat thereof; <br />be changed from C-1, Commercial District, to R -t, Single Family District. <br />Provided however, that the change set forth in Paragrapt <br />5 hereof is made pursuant to the request of James C. Kelly, and <br />that such change is granted contingent upon the applicant ob- <br />taining the permit for the proposed construction of tracks, stablE <br />club house facilities 4nd other structures necessary for the operE <br />of a racetrack within six months and completing: the construction <br />within one year from the date of the passage of this Resolution, <br />and if either contingency is not complied with within the time <br />provided,' then as to Paragraph 5 this Resolution shall be null and <br />void and of no force and effect, and the zoning of this property <br />shall revert to its status prior to the adoption of this Resolutio <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Resolution. <br />s <br />t' <br />
