<br />The Tax Assessor stated he would be ready to deliver the Tax Roll
<br />on Friday, October 14th and requested a special meeting for that date.
<br />The Board asked that he advise the Deputy Clerk when he was ready for the

<br />meeting and a Special meeting would,then be called.
<br />The Board proceeded to and did name the following,as Clerks and
<br />Inspectors of the several voting precincts of the County to hold and
<br />conduct -the General Election to be Tuesday, November 8, 1960, as
