The Consultant will furnish copies of the drawings, specifications <br /> and contract documents as required by the Client for federal, state <br /> and local agencies from whom approval of the project must be <br /> obtained. Upon bidding of the construction contract, the Consultant <br /> will furnish to the Client 11" x 17" originals of the drawings and <br /> copies of the specifications for the Client to copy for prospective <br /> bidders. Additional copies beyond those identified will be provided <br /> at cost. <br /> 4. The drawings prepared by the Consultant will be of sufficient detail <br /> to permit the actual location of the proposed improvements. <br /> Negotiation for all land rights shall be accomplished by a party other <br /> than the Consultant, unless the Client requests the Consultant to <br /> perform these services in a subsequent work order to this <br /> AGREEMENT. <br /> 5 . The Consultant acknowledges that preparation of applicable permits <br /> for the Client's submittal through governmental regulatory agencies <br /> is included within the scope of basic compensation for this <br /> Agreement. Any additional work required by regulatory agencies <br /> pursuant to regulations established after the date of this Agreement <br /> shall be an additional service and the Client shall compensate the <br /> Consultant in accordance with the fee schedule in this Agreement. <br /> B. Design Suryey <br /> We will obtain design survey information to support and facilitate <br /> contemplated design and permitting activities associated with the proposed <br /> roadway improvements. Collected survey within the project limits will <br /> include existing Right-of-Way identification, establishment of Horizontal <br /> and Vertical control, and the identification of all above ground <br /> appurtenances, such as edge of pavement, striping, utilities, and other <br /> topographic elements. <br /> The project survey design limits, along 27 " Avenue, shall begin at a point <br /> immediately south of the 2716 Avenue/ 13th Street SW intersection and extend <br /> south along 27ih Avenue to a point approximately 2,000 feet south of the 27"' <br /> Avenue/ 170' Street SW intersection. <br /> The project survey design limits, along 13'h Street SW, shall begin at the 27 " <br /> Avenue/ 13'b Street SW intersection and extend 2,000 linear feet west along <br /> 13" Street SW. <br />
