<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
<br />that the Zoning Commission of In-
<br />dian River County, Florida, has
<br />made its final report recommend-
<br />ing changes and additions to the
<br />Zoning Resolution of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, which said changes
<br />and additions are substantially as
<br />follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be
<br />changed in order that the following,
<br />described property, situated in In-
<br />dian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Tract 10, less the West 26 s/2
<br />acres and less the North 660
<br />feet; Tract 9, less the North
<br />660 feet; Tract 15, less the West
<br />261/2 acres; and all of Tract
<br />16; all in Section 4, Township
<br />33 South, Range 38 East, accord-
<br />ing to the laat- general plat of
<br />lands of therIndian River Farms
<br />Company;
<br />be changed from F-1, Agricultural
<br />District, to R-1, Single Family Dis-
<br />trict.
<br />A public hearing in relation there-
<br />to at which parties in interest and
<br />citizens shall have an opportunity
<br />to be heard will be held by the
<br />Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Iridian River County, Florida, in
<br />the offices of the Board at the In-
<br />dian River County Courthouse, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida, at 9:00 o'clock
<br />A. M. on the 18th day of October,
<br />1960, after which said Board will
<br />take action thereon with respect
<br />to said final report and with re-
<br />spect to any other changes in zon-
<br />ing of said above described prop-
<br />erty or any lesser or greater area
<br />in the vicinity of said property or
<br />pertaining to said changes as shall
<br />appear proper.
