Chapter 252 , Florida Statutes <br /> 2 , Rule Chapters 9G-6 , 9G- 11 , 9G- 19 and 9G-20 , Florida Administrative Code <br /> 3 . 48 CFR, Part 31 <br /> Program Requirements <br /> (1 ) PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/PROCUREMENT <br /> (a) The recipient shall comply with applicable procurement rules and regulations in securing goods <br /> and services to implement the Scope of Work. Wherever required by law or otherwise permitted , the <br /> Recipient shall utilize competitive procurement practices . <br /> (b) Allowable costs shall be determined in accordance with Office of Management and Budget <br /> Circular A- 102 - Common Rule . <br /> (c) Recipient agrees to use any equipment purchased under the terms of this Agreement <br /> for the purpose for which it was intended . <br /> (d) Equipment purchased under the terms of this Agreement shall remain the property of the <br /> Recipient. The disposition of equipment shall be made in accordance with the Recipient's policies and <br /> procedures and applicable federal policies and procedures . <br /> 19 <br />
