RESOLUTION NOG 05-HH A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FELLSMERE, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ' REQUESTING THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, DECLARE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND DONATE SAID PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF FELLSMERE, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR DIRECTIONS TO THE CITY CLERK )* AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE . WHEREAS, the City of Fellsmere has requested Indian River County donate certain real property to the City of Fellsmere; and WHEREAS, the City of Fellsmere is desirous of subject property to promulgate effective drainage in the surrounding area; and WHEREAS, the County Administrator has requested that the City of Fellsmere adopt a Resolution detailing the certain real property the City of Fellsmere would like Indian River County to donate; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fellsmere officially requests the Indian River County Board of County Commissioner's to donate certain real property to the City of Fellsmere. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows : SECTION 1. Legal Description . The City of Fellsmere requests that the parcel of property be donated as described below: Lots 11 & 12, Block 80, Town of Fellsmere. Parcel Identification Number 3137000000908000011 . 0 SECTION 2 . Conflict. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions i hereby repealed. n conflict herewith are SECTION 3 . Distribution. The City Clerk is hereby directed to supply a copy of this Resolution to the County Administrator of Indian River County and each County Commissioner of Indian River County. SECTION 4. Effective date .
