M. Netto, including <br />the two alternates, in the amount of $71,201.00. <br />Letter was received from Charles Sullivan asking what space had <br />been provided for the Small Claims Office when he takes over in January. <br />The Board requested the Clerk write Mr. Sullivan stating he would have to. <br />share space with the Federal Agricultural Agent until the new addition is <br />completed. <br />A letter was read from N. B. Ryall approving the decision of the <br />Board regarding Swale ditches, etc. Said letter was ordered filed. <br />L The Deputy Clerk stated that Mrs. Christensen had called and said <br />that.the women who had been taking care of the clothing center had refused <br />to go out there any more for the reason that the building is damp and cold <br />and there is no heat. After considerable discussion, Motion was made by <br />Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and carried to <br />advertise the four unit apartment house behind the Courthduse for sale to <br />be removed from the site and the site cleaned, and further recommend to <br />the C©uatty Welfare Department they might like to move their quarters into <br />the little -house behind the Courthouse and have their clothing center i <br />", builds t1M alae n <br />ng, -if they so desire. <br />
