The foregoing Notice was read by the Chairman, who asked if there <br />were any present who wished to be heard regarding said proposed changes. <br />There were none and Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded <br />by Commissioner Hamilton and carried, and the following Resolution was <br />adopted: <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, I'. <br />Florida, did after public hearing make its final report recommending change <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommend <br />ed changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing in <br />relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; Now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the folldwing <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida,. to -wit: <br />The South one-half of the West 16.01 acres of the <br />East 16.01 acres of Tract 2, Section 9, Township <br />33 South, Range 39 East, according to the last <br />general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms <br />Company; <br />be changed from F-1, Agricultural District, to R-1, Single Family District. <br />2. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The area from 150 feet South of Glendale Road to <br />the South Relief Canal, and from the West right of <br />way line of the Florida. East Coast Railway, West <br />and parallel a distance of 330 feet, in Township.33 <br />South, Range 39 East; <br />be changed from C-1 A, Commercial District, to M-1 A, Restricted Indus- <br />trial District. <br />
