Mr. Earman also requested that the Board advertise for bids for <br />two Light Duty Rescue Vehicles, one to be kept in the City of Vero Beach <br />and the other at the City of Sebastian. Motion was made by Commissioner <br />McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and carried to advertise <br />for these two trucks, bids to be returnable on January 24th. <br />Don Fisher, Caretaker at Blue 'Cypress Lake appeared before the <br />Board and stated he would like to sell out to Mr. Taylor McIntyre. The <br />Board also talked with Mr. McIntyre and Motion was made by Commissioner <br />t <br />Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and the following Resolution <br />was unanimously adopted: <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />That Taylor McIntyre be designated as the County Custodian of the <br />County Park area on Blue Cypress Lake, the land being the N 800 feet of <br />Lot L, Twp 32 S,'Rge 36 E, with further authority to: <br />1. Keep the houseboat in the County canal to the West of the <br />parking area; and <br />2. Supervise the parking of automobiles and the ordinary launching <br />and retrieving of boats at the launching area. <br />3. Have the exclusive concession of renting boats and selling <br />bait on the county park area. <br />4. To generally superivse county park including the details of <br />keeping the same elean and in an attractive condition. <br />5. To notify all users of the County's rules and regulations with <br />respect to the use of the county park <br />6 To maintain a restaurant for the service of meals and the sale <br />of soft drinks. <br />7. To park his personal trailer on the County Park so long as he <br />maintains his residence therein, in order to facilitate his supervision <br />of the County Park. <br />
