Page I of 2 <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />180127th Street <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960-3388 <br />Telephone: (772) 2264283 FAX: (772)478-9391 <br />Asphalt Coring Services <br />for <br />The Enclave Subdivision <br />IRC Project No. 0816 <br />WORK ORDER NO. 6 (Engineering Division) <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />FOR ANNUAL GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES CONTRACT NO, 0534 <br />WITH <br />DUNKELBERGER ENGINEERING & TESTING, INC. <br />4009 - a �3 <br />All services performed under this contract shall be supervised and certified by a licensed <br />Professional Engineer (PE) registered with the State of Florida and staff employed directly with <br />your firm. <br />Scope of Services <br />All work shall be performed on a unit price basis in accordance with the attached Budget <br />Estimate dated June 30, 2008 and shall comply with Standards enumerated in the RENEWAL <br />OF THE ANNUAL GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES CONTRACT IRC PROJECT NO. 0534 WITH <br />DUNKELBERGER ENGINEERING & TESTING. INC. Effective Date: October 1, 2007. <br />Minimum Specification Requirements as follows: <br />Asphalt Coring Services <br />• Coring of the asphalt at Thirteen (13) locations as directed by Engineer of Record and <br />spaced at about 100 foot intervals within the subject roadways to determine asphalt <br />thickness. <br />• Preparation of a brief engineering data report documenting the findings of this work. <br />All work shall also comply with the current Florida Minimum.
