D. ------'-y `O b----- INOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Board of County Commis- sioners of Indian River County, Flor- ida, will receive sealed bids .for the purchase from the County of one two-story frame apartment building I owned by the County, the same being located upon the rear of Lots 24 through 27, inclusive, Block 35, Original Town of Vero. Each bid shall be in an envelope securely sealed, addressed to the Board, marked "Bid for Building" and all such bids will be publicly opened at a meeting of said Board in its offices in the Indian River County Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, on December 20, 1960, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Each bid must be accompanied by a deposit of ten (10) percent of the amount of the bid. Bids are preferred for moving the building intact but alternate bids may be submitted for salvag- ing or destroying the building and all bids shall include cleaning up the land area.
