K. Item 2 . 03 on Clearing and Grubbing : <br /> 1 . Measurement and Payment: The lump sum payment will be full compensation <br /> for clearing and grubbing , including but not limited to , all labor, materials and <br /> equipment, obtain required permits , permit fees , removal of existing pipe , and <br /> disposal of debris . <br /> L. Item 2 . 04 - Grading Swales : <br /> 1 . Payment: The unit price for each square yard of sod will be full compensation <br /> for furnishing all labor, materials , and equipment for installation , including but <br /> not limited to , grading , sod , fertilizer, maintenance , mowing , and watering . <br /> Note : Payment for sodding will only be made within the limits shown on the <br /> Drawings or specified . All other sodding required due to the CONTRACTOR <br /> working outside the Limits of Construction shall be at no cost to the OWNER . <br /> O . Item 2 . 07 — Hydro-Seeding : <br /> 1 . Measurement : The quantity of hydro-seeding will be the actual number of <br /> square yards hydro-seeded . <br /> 2 . Payment: The unit price for each square yard of hydro-seeding will be full <br /> compensation for furnishing all labor, materials , and equipment for installation , <br /> including but not limited to , grading , seed , mulch , fertilizer, maintenance , and <br /> watering .
