Item 1 . 01 — Mobilization/Demobilization : <br /> ' 1 . Measurement and Payment : The lump sum payment will be full compensation <br /> for mobilization of construction operations , including but not limited to , <br /> ' performance of construction preparatory operations , including all labor and <br /> materials necessary to transport equipment and personnel to the project site , <br /> temporary construction utilities , CONTRACTOR's field offices , and removing all <br /> of the CONTRACTOR' s equipment, etc , from the project site when the Work is <br /> complete . The total lump sum to be paid for this item shall not exceed five <br /> (5) percent of the total bid . Fifty (50 ) percent of the bid item amount may be <br /> paid in the first application for payment and the remaining fifty (50 ) percent of <br /> the bid item amount shall be paid in the last application for payment as <br /> demobilization . No additional payment will be made for demobilization or <br /> remobilization due to shutdowns , suspensions of work or for other mobilization <br /> activities . <br /> B . Item 1 . 02 - Maintenance of Traffic : <br /> 1 . Measurement and Payment: The lump sum payment will be full compensation <br /> for implementation of the Traffic Control Plan , including but not limited to , <br /> ' furnishing all labor, materials , equipment and incidentals required to maintain <br /> traffic , including necessary detour facilities and traffic control signals during <br /> construction , and conformance to requirements of the Contract Documents , the <br /> I "Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices " ( M . U . T . C . D . ) Part IV , and Florida <br /> Department of Transportation Roadway and Traffic Design Standards Index No . <br /> 600 series .
