Ecological Associates, Inc. February 22, 2008 <br />Cost Proposal — Dune Plantings, 2008 <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY NFWF GRANT DUNE PLANTINGS, 2008 <br />1. Provide 1200, 3 gallon size Sea Grape Plants. Plants shall be free of insects and <br />disease at time of installation or delivery. <br />2. Install plants in coastal locations at 17 private parcels in Indian River County, <br />Florida, as specified by the County's Coastal Engineering Division staff. <br />3. Deliver any remaining plants to a location specified by County staff for <br />subsequent planting by County staff on oceanfront public lands. <br />4. Consult with private property owners receiving plants about proper care and <br />watering. <br />5. Replace any dead plants, one time only, for a period of one calendar year, <br />assuming proper care by the property owner and not including loss due to post <br />installation damage, abuse, neglect or damage caused by severe weather or other <br />acts of nature. <br />
