The time needed to complete each of the tasks described in Attachment <br />1 by Ecotech Consultants, Inc. and the County can be reasonably estimated as shown below with the <br />limitation that neither the County nor Ecotech Consultants, Inc. can control the weather or the <br />portion of the permitting process controlled by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, <br />the St. Johns River Water Management District, and/or the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
