Southard : <br /> Ecotech Consultants , Inc . (hereafter referred to as ETC) shall complete the following tasks for <br /> investigating the feasibility of discharging reuse water from the central wastewater treatment facility <br /> to the proposed Divosta and Company Waterway Village site . The reuse water may be made up of <br /> effluent from the County ' s wastewater treatment facilities mixed with water from the north relief <br /> canal and/or brine water from the North RO water plant . <br /> Task 1 . ETC shall prepare water budget for the Waterway Village site using information <br /> provided by Divosta that includes : <br /> a. quantification of the sources (including those generated internally) of make- <br /> up water for wet, average , and dry rainfall years ; <br /> b , an estimate of water losses from the Divosta wetland/pond system ; <br /> C . an estimate of detention time within the pond system ; <br /> d . internal water quality management options ; <br /> e . identification of on-site wetlands where flow can be routed for establishment <br /> and maintenance of target hydroperiods ; and <br /> f, development of a potential hydraulic profile through the site that includes the <br /> wetlands and pond system . <br /> There are no deliverables scheduled for this task . <br /> The fee for this task shall not exceed $4 , 620 . 00 . <br /> Task 2 . ETC shall prepare an estimate of the total nitrogen , total phosphorus , total dissolved <br /> solids , and chloride loadings to the Waterway Village site for typical wet, average, <br /> and dry years . The loadings analysis shall include flows to , within, and from the <br /> Waterway Village site . <br /> There are no deliverables scheduled for this task . <br /> The fee for this task shall not exceed $ 2 , 520 . 00 . <br /> P.
