Task 2 . Water Quality <br /> ETC will compile existing data from the North County Water Treatment Plant relating to the R . O . <br /> waste stream, the Indian River, and where possible for adjacent ditches (including the North Relief <br /> Canal) . ETC will collect water samples in the ditches contiguous with the project site . These <br /> samples will be analyzed for total dissolved solids , heavy metals (As , Pb , Hg, Ag, Cd , Cr, Ni , and <br /> Cu) , herbicides , pesticides , total nitrogen , and total phosphorus . <br /> ETC will use the water quality data to develop a chemical profile of the R. O . waste stream from the <br /> North Plant through the wetland system to the Indian River . This analysis will be used to determine <br /> the volume of water from the Indian River needed to dilute the R. O . waste stream . <br /> This information will be compiled into a summary report . Two copies of the summary report will <br /> be provided to the County. <br /> Task 3 . Site Plan & Design <br /> ETC will assist the County with the preparation of the construction drawings for the wetland site <br /> Specifically, ETC will provide the County with draft drawings providing the following information : <br /> ❖ Site layout ; <br /> ❖ Hydraulic profile (site boundary and topographic data to be provided by the County) ; <br /> ❖ Cut and fill cross- sections through the construction areas within the wetland ; <br /> ❖ Boardwalk design details ; <br /> ❖ Pump station details for pumping water from the Indian River on- site ; <br /> ❖ Details of the water distribution system on the wetland site ; and <br /> ❖ Vegetation planting plan . <br /> One copy of the draft drawings (hard copy and electronic format) will be provided to the County for <br /> review . ETC will modify the drawings as appropriate in response to comments received from the <br /> County, after the County completes their review of the draft drawings . ETC will provide the County <br /> with one copy (hard copy and electronic format) of the drawings . <br /> Task 4 . FDEP Construction Permit <br /> ETC w ill a ssist t he County with t he p reparation o f t he F lorida D epartment o f E nvironmental <br /> Protection (FDEP) construction permit application . One copy of the draft application will be <br /> provided to the County for review . ETC will modify the draft application as appropriate in response <br /> to comments received from the County, after the County completes their review of the draft <br /> application . ETC will provide the County with one copy of the construction permit application for <br /> review and signature . The County shall be responsible for all permit fees associated with the FDEP <br /> construction permit application . <br />
