That the following described property be rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residence to C -1-A, Restricted Commercial a distance of.150 feet East of the Old Dixie Highway from the South Boundary of the Fletcher property described as follows: The North One Acre of that part lying East of the Old Dixie Highway of the following described property, to -wit: Commencing at the NE corner of 12, Twp 33 S, Rge 39 E, thence South 220 yards, thence West 7 yard to p.o.b. the SW 4 of the SW1 of Section. run East 7.83 Chains; thence .83 chains, thence North 220 Northerly to the South Boundary of the following described.property: Run West along Center Section line a distance of 805:2 feet, thence S at an angle of 89° 57 Min. a distance of 730.2 feet to p.o.b.; thence continue S at an angle of 89° 57 min. a distance of 150 feet; thence run W 487.82 feet to East line of Dixie Highway; thence run Northwesterly on Easterly line of said Dixie Highway a distance of 159.2 feet; thence run E a distance of 541.32 feet to point of beginning; Sec. 12, Twp 33 S, Range 39 East. and further, that rezoning of that portion lying West of the Florida East Coast RR of the S of the SE ' of the SW of Section 28, Twp 31 S, Rge. 39 East, Indian River County, Florida from C-1 Commercial District to M-1 Industrial District. The County Engineer that on the North Boundary of the Drainage District and flooded from thing he can immediately West of Lateral A, that Tram Road is being flow wells being being left on, and asked if there is any - do about causing the owners to cap the wells. Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, that the tentative Plat of Dixie Gardens we 0.K.ed as set forth above. Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and carried, authorizing the County Engineer to advertise for bids for furniture and equipment for the new North wing of the Courthouse. In compliance with the law the following named persons were selected to serve on the Jury in Indian River County for the coming year.
