Kimberly Massung
From: Richard Wheeler [richard@wheeleronline.net]
Sent: Saturday, April 01, 2006 12:02 PM
To: Sandra L. Bowden
Subject: Representative Democracy -you are our vote
To: Sandra L. Bowden, County Commissioner, District 5
You are an elected official in a Representative Democracy and we voters are counting on you
to represent our view on the upcoming April 4th discussion and hopeful approval of a ballot
question for the November General Election regarding the "Indian River County
Comprehensive Plan", which expands the urban service boundary. It is my understanding that
the county's attorney has approved the process and the wording of this "straw ballot," but a
majority vote (3-2) of the County Commissioners is required for the question to get before the
voters.
Please vote for approval of this ballot question.
Thank you.
Dick & Marsha Wheeler
richard@wheeleronline.net
(772) 794-3994 Home
(772) 713-5988 Cell Phone
4/3/2006
