Kimberly Massung
From: Bill Taylor [avemar38@earthlink.net]
Sent: Friday, March 31, 2006 11:32 PM
To: Sandra L. Bowden
Subject: Vote in favor of Wheeler referendum
As a full time resident of Indian River County who is deeply concerned about the uncontrolled growth
and selling out to developers that is occurring from bad decisions by our elected officials, I wish to
strongly support the Ballot Referendum that Councelman Wheeler will present on Tuesday, April 4 as
stated below.
'Do you favor the adoption of a special act for Indian River County by the Florida Legislature to
require voter approval of any amendment to the Indian River County Comprehensive Plan which
expands the urban service boundary?
Please fully support and vote in favor of this referendum to allow us, the voters to decide whether our
plan should be amended. It has been clear in the past that our elected officials have not voted for our
wellbeing. We do not wish for this to happen in the future. Keep Indian River County as its residents
want it! That is your mandate from us. Thank you for your support.
Sincerely,
Bill Taylor - River Shores
4/3/2006
