Except as supplemented herein , the terms and conditions of the <br /> Agreement shall remain in full force and effect . To the extent of any conflict between the <br /> terms of this Memorandum of Understanding and the terms of the Agreement , the terms of <br /> this Memorandum of Understanding shall control .
