• <br />The County Engineer stated he had'contacted the City.of Vero Beach <br />with regard to a sidewalk on 16th Street to the Rosewood School and that <br />the City <br />Concrete and the City will build the forms and lay the sidewalk. Motion <br />was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and <br />carried, authorizing the County Engineer proceed with this project. <br />The County Engineer stated he and the Clerk had gone over the Road <br />and Bridge Fund Budget and found that there is some $70,000.00 over and <br />above the budgeted amount in the Cash Balance brought forward, and would <br />like to have his budget increased by $50,000.00 in the Road, Bridge and <br />Culvert item so that he could proceed with the paving of Citrus Road from <br />Old Dixie Highway to Emerson Avenue; 20th Street from Glendale to Citrus; <br />and 12th Street from where he had left off to King's Highway. The Motion <br />was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and <br />carried, authorizing the advertizing of this amount of money to increase <br />the Road & BridgetBudget. <br />The County Engineer submitted the following letters of agreement <br />for rights of ways and Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded <br />. by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously carried that the -following letters <br />of agreement be approved. <br />Council had approved the proposal that the County will pay for the <br />
